Black Money

Black money is a hidden money which is collected by stealing the government's payable tax. Some of people generate money from illegal sources like smuggling, drugs bussiness, illegal real estates bussiness, black marketing, other unknown sources and unaccounted way. The country runs by taxes paid by the people. But black money disturbs the system which causes a failure of economy. All the development programmes runs on the tax money in the country, so black money is a distructor in the development as well as growing economy. India is a such country which is facing a huge problems of black money. 

Black money forms a another kinds of economy which runs parallel to government's economy e.i called black economy, this is also called illegal economy or unaccounted economy.
